IT Staff Augmentation Services

Extend your team with B.Wyz engineers, designers and AI specialists who integrate into your workflow — without the overhead and lead time of hiring.
In short
B.Wyz provides IT staff augmentation: experienced developers, AI engineers, designers and product specialists who join an existing team and work inside its own process, tools and codebase. It suits organisations needing specific capacity or expertise for a defined period, without the lead time, fixed cost and risk of permanent hiring.
Roles We Provide
AI engineers
LLM integration, retrieval pipelines, evaluation and applied machine learning inside your product.
Frontend developers
React, Next.js, TypeScript and Vue engineers who can work to an existing design system.
Backend developers
Node.js, Python, PHP and .NET engineers for APIs, services and data-heavy systems.
Full-stack developers
Engineers who can carry a feature from interface through to database.
UI/UX designers
Product and interface designers embedded in your product team.
Product specialists
Product managers and analysts to hold scope and priorities when a team is stretched.
How It Works
Define the gap
Which skills, at what seniority, for how long, and what the team needs to have achieved by the end of it.
Match
We propose specific people with relevant experience. You interview them — nobody is assigned sight unseen.
Onboard
They join your tools, your standups and your codebase, and work inside your process rather than a parallel one.
Deliver
They are accountable to your team lead day to day, with a B.Wyz point of contact for anything contractual.
Scale or wind down
The arrangement flexes with the roadmap, without a redundancy process.
When Staff Augmentation Fits
It is the right model when you have the product direction and technical leadership in-house and need capacity or a specific skill to execute. It is the wrong model when you need someone to own the outcome end to end — that is a project engagement, and we will say so rather than place people into a vacuum.
- A roadmap that needs more hands than the current team has.
- A specific skill — AI, mobile, a particular stack — missing for one phase of work.
- Covering parental leave, a departure or a hiring gap without stalling delivery.
- Proving a capability before committing to a permanent hire.
- Scaling a team up for a release window and back down afterwards.
Why B.Wyz
People, not CVs
You interview the specific person who will work with you, and you can decline.
They come from a product team
Our engineers work on delivered products, so they arrive with product judgement, not just tickets completed.
Flexible commitment
Scale up or down as the roadmap changes.
Escalation path
Behind each person is a team that can bring in design, AI or architecture support when it is needed.

Staff Augmentation
Questions

IT staff augmentation is an arrangement in which external engineers, designers or product specialists join a company's existing team and work within its own processes, tools and codebase, as opposed to an outsourced project team delivering separately against a specification.
In staff augmentation, the client keeps ownership of the product direction and day-to-day management, and the augmented engineers work as part of the client's team. In a project engagement, the supplier owns delivery of an agreed outcome. B.Wyz offers both and recommends the one matching where ownership actually sits.
Yes. B.Wyz proposes specific people with relevant experience and the client interviews them. Nobody is assigned without the client's agreement.
B.Wyz has people across Europe, the Gulf and Pakistan, which gives substantial working-hours overlap with teams in France, Belgium, the UK and the Middle East, and a working overlap with North American mornings.
Engagements are scoped around the work rather than a fixed minimum term. The practical constraint is that onboarding into an unfamiliar codebase takes time, so very short placements rarely represent good value for the client.
